Custom Manufacturing Status Visual with Background image

Hi guys,

So im trying to find a way to visualize machine status in my plant , My aim is to make it so that if the asset status is in run. a greenlight GIF will come out , if the machine is down the redlight GIF will come out. I share a photo to give you a clearer picture. Is this possible to make it in Power Bi?

Asset	Status
Boiler	Stop
Tank	Run
Slicer	Run
