Custom Cluster Column Chart

Is there a custom Power BI visual available that would allow me to use a legend or column series with multiple value measures in a cluster column chart? There currently isn't a Power BI visual that would support this design requirement. Please advise.

We'd recommend to take a look at Custom Visuals.

Probably you will find a preoper visual for your case.

I've already reviewed and downloaded a couple of the visuals from the site you suggested but was unsuccessful finding one that would support my specific design requirement. Any other recommendations?
