Conditional Formatting for Fields with different target values

Below table shows the expected outcome

Hi,

I have created a matrix table showing a total value for each workstream per week in the rows. Each workstream has a different target to reach (same each week) and I want to be able to use conditional formatting for each workstream to show in colour (red/green) whether they have hit the target.

Soin the above example, for Leaves workstream - the first value of 260 would show as red (<310) the second value of 416 (>310) green

Hoping there is a solution out there!

Thanks
