Combo Visual Migration

I currently have an Excel spreadsheet with a "Combo" chart type:

It is a stacked column chart with an attached matrix chart, essentially.

Is there an existing visual in Power BI that accomplishes this visual?

Creating two visuals would require a tremendous amount of tweaking to get things to line up:
