Card With States - Change value based on time?

Hi All

Hope you are all keeping wel and safe.

 

I am using the 'Card with States' custom visualisation by OKViz and it would appear that I have run into a bit of a roadblock.

 

I have been asked to produce a call centre metric that will show RAG (Red, Amber Green) status based on a time value. In this instance how long did it take a call agent to answer a call? The Card current shows the 'Average Speed of Answer' from a dax measure but due to it being outputted as mm:ss (minutes, seconds) it would appear the the state value input will not accept a time value.

 

Does anyone know of a solution to my problem?
