Can I upload an SVG of a letter with sections to Power BI?

Hi, I would like to upload a letter with 31 sections (for days of the month) to power BI, this would then be filled in per day with red / green depending on the data vs a target.

I'm trying to write a Py script for this, but Power BI doesn't seem to be able to access the SVG file I have made.

You need to inline the SVG code. Do you really need Python for this or can you do this all in DAX with a HTML viewer visual?
