I need to create  custom visual like the one in the image. I have never created a custom visual, can anyone help and point me on the right directions?

Learning process:

Start learning with MS, took the step-by-step and learned the basics. After that, I was able to mount the environment and create and test my custom visuals

Taking good ideas

Downloaded MaqSoftware project and I am now looking at their solutions. I am trying to understand how the KPI Column custom visual works so I can eventually alter it to my purpouses
