	@giammariam  I have been working for the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise BI project since 2014. Earlier on I was mostly involved in ETLing data from many different source systems into our well-established data warehouse. I was also involved in helping maintain our semantic layer (Cognos Framework). A smaller portion of my time was focused on developing various reports (Cognos). We eventually onboarded Power BI. Loving the interactivity available with Power BI, it quickly became our go-to BI tool. Our customers developed a desire for bespoke visuals that just were not possible with the standard visuals in either of our BI COTS products, so I then pivoted and began focusing on creating Power BI custom visuals using libraries such as d3.js and Vega. I currently serve as the lead developer of our team. I truly enjoy getting to practice and learn by helping folks here on the PBI Community Forums. That is really not necessary. I saw a lot of people who are good at Excel for years, but stay away from Power BI. What a pity. I can't help demonstrating how easy, efficient, robust and intuitive to work with Power Query and Power BI, at all occasions. Let's get to know each other a bit more, beyond just our love for data and Power BI. How about we all create some cool data visualizations based on our hobbies, goals, or even dreams? Think of it as a little peek into what makes us tick when we're not crunching numbers. 😄

Here's the plan:

1. Craft Your Visualization: Whip up a data viz in Power BI that represents something personal - it could be your weekend hobby, a goal you're chasing, or even a dream you're working towards. Get creative!

2. Share and Let Others Guess: Post it here in the forum. The catch? Don't spill the beans on what it represents right away. Let's have everyone else guess what your viz is all about!

3. The Big Reveal: After some fun guesses, reveal the story behind your data. It’s like show and tell, but with a Power BI twist!

It's all about having a bit of fun, showing off our creative side, and getting to know each other on a different level. 🥳
