Relaionship Problems!

Hi, Im very new to power bi and am trying to create a sales perfromance dashboard for my salesteam. i am able to show perfromance versus last year and against budget for overall UK sales however when i try to break it into individual sales territories it doesnt seem to link the indisvidal sales territories performance LY and against budget. The relationship link seems to be working as it is picking up overall sales .... ive spent ages on it and its really frustrating!!! help... anyone!
