Mobile Device Emulator

Hi,

Is there a desktop tool/program that allows us to emulate or simulate what a dashboard/report would look like on a particular mobile device? 

The audience for my dashboard could be on Android phones/tablets or iOS devices. I cannot get access to all these devices every time i want to test how the dashboard appears/renders.

Anyone have an idea?
