Can't login, redirected to register proces

When I try to login every time I'm redirected to the register page.

Before that I need to fill in my e-mail and password. I aprove the authenticator and then: register and no login.

Please help because I can't reach my own accoutn now (bdeleur).

Log in PowerBi works fine, only the community is a problem
