Add "Licensing and Features" as a topic to add questions or discuss

Hi,

There must be a dedicated space for discussing and asking questions regarding licensing and features.

Please add the topic "Power BI - Licensing and Features" to the community portal somewhere under the section "Get help with Power BI" in order for the questions to not be hidden under other sections/topics as they seem to be at the moment.

Example on what type of section I would suggest: "https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Get-Help-with-Power-BI/ct-p/PBI_Licensing".
