Power BI Alert Email Not Showing the Current Value of the Measure

Hello,

I tried to setup a trigger for a measure in my Power BI report.

However, the email content is not showing me the current value of the measure. All it shows me is this:

Hi @kaym ,

According to your screenshot, you may not have created a New Property. You need to create a property for your measure beforehand before you can put it in the Additional information.
Please follow the next steps:

When you see it showed here:

Hi @kaym ,

When you create the measure, had you clicked here to change the value into percentage?

vjunyantmsft_0-1706833070482.png

If you've already set it up, but it's still presented as a decimal, then there's no way to set up how the measure is displayed in the email.

@Anonymous

Hi Dino,
Thank you so much! This solved the problem, I can now see the value in my email now:

kaym_0-1706799747653.png

However, do you know how I can see that value (0.0689) in percentage? The measure is a percentage column.

hi Dino!

I did set it up as %. seems like I will have to stay with a decimal value. Thanks though!

Hi @kaym ,

After my test, when you set Triggers, please add contents you want to see in the Additional information.
For example:

vjunyantmsft_0-1706663955591.png

And here is the email I received:

Here's the overall layout:

Hello Dino @Anonymous !

Thank you for your detailed reply. When I try to put additional information I am unable to do it:

I see a red cross when I hover over it
