Data Activator Not Capturing Trigger

Hello,

I am having an issue where the alert I set up on a PBI visual is not triggering.  The set up is very simple and that is to trigger an alert when the sum of alerts in the visal is >0.  The only alert in reflex that gets captured is the initial alert during my initial set up.  I have refreshed the report 4x and after each refresh the "sum of alert" updates to a differnt number that is greater than zero.  I have searched the forum and have not found anything that addresses this issue.  Any help would be appreciated.  This is very frustrating 🙂  Capture1.PNGCapture2.PNG

Hi kjmts5200

I see 2 potential issues in your screenshot:

Triggers created from Power BI will run only once per hour to check your condition, and is not triggered by you refreshing the data in the report. E.g, the reflex might refresh at 18:30, 19:30, 20:30 etc, depending on when you created the trigger.

Secondly, your trigger condition is set to "Becomes greater than 0", instead of "Is greater than 0" - is that intentional too?

If I were you, I would try "Is Greater Than 0", and then apply a bit of patience to see if it will start firing every hour.
