Date slicer filtering showing wrong dates depending on the timezone
Hello,
there was a mention about this issue on a post from 2021, but there weren't any updates about the progress.
I am currently facing the same issue, but was able to reproduce it.
Creating a date slicer filter like this should set the filter like shown, and it does, but only if your local machine is in a UTC+01 timezone or above.
If you change your timezone to a negative one(UTC-01 or below), both from and to dates get decreased by 1 and the slicer is set like in the picture below.
What makes this even wierder, if you set your local timezone to UTC, suddenly the from date becomes correct and to date is still invalid and shows one day before.
I have no idea what causes this behaviour or am I overseeing something. But I don't see how this is dependant on machine's timezone since we are dealing with UTC dates here.

Hi atman
So what you are saying is that when the time in your script is correct and your local machine is in a UTC+01 timezone or above , you will get a correct result . Or the date in slicer is incorrect , right ?

That's right, correct result only on UTC+01 or above. Both from date and to date are broken on UTC-01 or below. And only from date is broken on UTC+00.
I am using the latest version of powerbi-client typescript library 2.22.0.
