Cannot access to app.powerbi.cn

I am trying to access the Power BI Service web homepage.

It takes a while loading and then shows the error.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

    I need to confirm that you're able to use it properly now, because at the moment Support says that everything is working fine.

    I access to app.powerbi.cn with an account which I had purchased PPU license and the error page is still displayed.

    Actually, I'm able to upload the pbix file successfully using an http request, but because I want to generate the online link to the report, I have to go to Power BI Service Management page, which is not accessible now.
