Multiple developers on the semantic model

We need a way to get have more developers working on the PBIX that underpins the semantic model without having to move everything to Analysis Services Visual Studio which would be a costly endeavor for us (time, skills).

Many a times due to high number of columns being used when matrix visuals cannot be used, it would be a great feature to have freeze columns options for a better end user experience.
