Microsoft has not been taking this topic seriously, and if they wish to show that they value user input, then they need to. For us, the issue is less about the pricing and more on governance. We are a mid-size organization with a combination of Office E3 and E5 licenses. E3 users that are members of groups/workspaces should by default have Power BI view access, but instead we are forced to grant them E5.
