Add values (measures) to matrix row and column headers

I want to show values (measures) concatenated to the row header in a matrix.

I am currently on a project about analyzing workspaces in an organization. I have a matrix with the following on the rows: Site, Floor, Org level 1, Org level 2, Org level 3.... Org Level 7. I was asked to show the total assigned spaces for the floors and each org level down to org level 3. The values in the matrix will be the breakdown of the spaces by the child groups.

This display gives insight into the capacity by floor and the occupancy by group and the distribution of the occupancy by child Org Levels creating a complete picture enabling easy space management.
