Python scripts and visuals are not supported on Power BI Report Server. You can develop those components within PBI Desktop, but that is all you can accomplish at the moment. For Python support, you'll need to move your report into the cloud.

Correct, R scripts and visuals are NOT supported in Power BI Report Server.

Whether they plan to introduce Python or not, I do not know. There has not been much transparency regarding what features will be included in the January/May/September releases of PBIRS.
I find all this very disappointing, as I'm sure you do too, but I'll admit that I don't have much familiarity with the architectural challenges they would need to overcome in order to provide support for these components.
