Power BI report server access from outside network

Hi Folks,
I have successfully configured the Report Server, the web link was working fine in Server Machine.

Now the problem is I can't access the web link on my own machine (outside network) even if I connect my organization VPN.
Link format I have a try:
http://server-name/Reports/
https://server-name/Reports/

Can anyone please help me to come out of this?

    It should work unless your organization has a firewall that is blocking this URL.

     

    What is the error you are getting? Kindly share the screenshot.

      I having look at firewall protection, but the error I got while trying to access that URL.

        Make sure that your browser has same proxy as your organization, also make sure that this site is added to local trusted sites
