Issue scheduling refresh with blend data source.

Hi Everyone,

I have a data source blending excel on SharePoint and Smartsheet for my dashboard.  When I tried to schedule a routine refresh, I ran into this error message, see screenshot below.  Has anyone run into this before? Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance 🙂

  • Hi jingw319 ,

You need  to reset the permsions on the power bi cloud (service) side by clicking edit credentials and setting he privacy settings and entering the password (see screen shot below).  Its now refreshing fine.

And  check if the account have the same permission of your own account. And go to Manage Gateways, ensure Privacy Level for these all sources is public or none as well. Then refresh the dataset again.

    Similar error code case refer:

  • Estou com o mesmo problema, mas só que é do Excel e SQL

Preciso agendar a atualização destes dados, mas antes preciso corrigir este erro.
