gateway issue - cluster setup

Thank you for your feedback. The network and admin teams checked each link and applied the steps described in them.

  • Both servers run the same version, and it is the latest available.
  • No antivirus tool is installed.
  • The proxy settings were checked and are correct.
  • The network test finished successfully.

We could not identify the root cause. The only information we have is that the log shows a timeout after 50 seconds. And this is only happing for SharePoint, for other locations gateway works fine.

Thanks for the update. Since the gateway version, proxy, antivirus, and Network Ports Test have been validated, and other data sources are working through Server 2, please validate the SharePoint connection directly from the Server 2 gateway machine and collect the gateway logs around the 50-second timeout. Microsoft recommends reviewing/exporting gateway logs for gateway and network issues. If the SharePoint connection continues to time out and the logs don't identify the cause, I recommend raising a Microsoft Support ticket for further investigation.
