Yes , you can use API to achieve this:
- The Power BI Rest API provides endpoints for various operations, including exporting data. You can use it to automate data exports from visuals.
- To get started, execute the first Rest API call to obtain an exportId. This ID will be used in subsequent steps.
- Go to the Report – Export to File in Group page and enter the necessary details (such as groupId, reportId, and desired format like “PDF”) in the request body.
