Custom Visual not working for some users on PBI server
We are using Chiclet Slicer and Tornado chart custom visuals. They render correctly for some users and not for others. Why? What is the solution? Correct Image Not Render Image

Turned custom visuals were turned on for analysts but not the rest of the organisatiion who view reports
