scheduled refresh timing problem

As now the credentials problems are solved, I was trying to setup scheduled refresh, but the system says that the next refresh will be in year 9999.   Also can somebody please explain, how frequent...

Thank you for the clarification, now it is clear. So the problem is that I used PBI Desktop and published the report. If I connect to the same data in the PBI Service, that would refresh hourly even with a free account.
