Scheduled Refresh Issue

Having an issue with all our reports this morning in that the schedule refreshes, set to go at 8.30am have not even attempted to run.

There are no error emails and, when I check the Datasets tab, the next refresh is showing as earlier this morning (it is currently 9.54am on 12/03 in the UK. Is anyone else having the same issue - does anyone know why??

Exactly the same here, scheduled refreshes set to run this morning at 0830, didn't happen, but showing next scheduled refresh due at 0830 this morning! Also, manual publication is very slow, buffering etc.

Same in UK, issue persists, cannot create a dataflow as it is grinding to a halt, also a 30sec refresh lasting more than an hour.

  • I'm getting this same issue again today. In addition, I can't refresh the reports from the web and when I try to publish manually from Desktop, it's just hanging there. Anyone else having the same problem again?

I have the same problem currently.

My report refreshed correctly at 8:44 EET, but now it's hanging at "Next Refresh" 10:30 EET (it's now 11:29 EET) :(

I hope this will be fixed asap

Same here in the UK. Cannot refresh locally and re-publish either.

I have raised a support ticket.

Yes, it's never really gone away to be honest! Need to log as a formal issue I think

Thanks Anonymous - I have just raised it on the Issues Board but I'm not sure if there's anywhere I can officially open a ticket?
