Sorting Graph/Table by Values in a Column Header

Thank you for your help. How would I create a measure to add to the tooltip that only gives that value, to then sort by? I currently have the measure Age Group that includes all ages but is there a way of creating an Age Group that only has ones with the result 18, to then filter by? amitchandak
