Sorting Graph/Table by Values in a Column Header

Super UserShaunGibbs23 , In the matrix, if you use the field in the column, then you can only sort on rows or grand total of the column.
In the stacked visual, you can add a measure that is only giving that value in the tooltip and can sort on the tooltip field using three dots on visual
Thank you for your help. How would I create a measure to add to the tooltip that only gives that value, to then sort by? I currently have the measure Age Group that includes all ages but is there a way of creating an Age Group that only has ones with the result 18, to then filter by?
