sharing app issues
hey, I created a powerbi app and want to share it with external user from other domains
I added the guest users in microsoft entra, then share app to them, but then, got this error, how can solve this? For some other email domains it worked perfectly, so not sure why on other accounts didn't work
Usually that should be sufficient. Not sure what else it could be. Ask them to check with their tenant admin.

who got this error, you, or the external users? Did they accept the Entra ID invite?

lbendlin the external user from a different domain
I shared the app with another email from a diff domain and they could see the app with no problem, is there like a permission they should enable in the admin portal to see the app?
Or you think is something related to the entra ID invite and creating the microsoft account ?- lbendlinSuper User
Can you confirm that they have accepted the invite? Did you send them the app link? Did they click on the app link at least once?

yes they did accept it and click on it, that's why they sent me the screenshot with the error they can't access to it

Are they able to login your Fabric/Power BI tenant successfully? If not can you provide the your tenant URL to them and ask them to login?
