Refresh error PBI service - while reading data from the provider

Question

When I refresh the dataset on Power BI Service, I receive the following error;

I don't know how to solve it. Would be grateful if you could advise me.

If i have to check with server, then plz let me know

0x80004005 is one of the most "unspecified" errors you can get.&nbsp; Potentially your database server ran out of disk space?

I will check server disk space but, I know enough.

And now i get this error..

If I get data table 3 , then refresh is completed
if more 10 table, refresh is failed.

I don't know if there is a problem with the server or if it is a problem with the pbix file.
