Problems with credentials

Hey guys,

Can someone help me?
I'm trying to schedule the update in power BI online, and I don't know what I did wrong, the error message is as follows:

 

 

Some credentials are not validated as they are set to ignore the test connection.

 

How could I solve this problem?

    Have they confirmed that you should use anonymous authentication?

    The error (500) rather points to an issue on your data source server. Can you confirm it is up and running well?

      lbendlin How would I check this properly? On desktop when I update the data is loading correctly. It seems ok to me.
