    Have they confirmed that you should use anonymous authentication?

The error (500) rather points to an issue on your data source server. Can you confirm it is up and running well?

lbendlin How would I check this properly? On desktop when I update the data is loading correctly. It seems ok to me.

      lbendlin I asked and they answered that the requests made are successful. They suggested for me to ask microsoft support. The image shows the evidence they sent
