    Hi RicardoXavier,

     

    Maybe you can try this code:

    previous of the last date =
VAR _lastdate =
    CALCULATE(
        MAX( 'table'[START DATETIME] ),
        ALLSELECTED( 'table'[START DATETIME] )
    )
RETURN
    MAXX(
        CALCULATETABLE(
            TOPN( 2, 'table', [START DATETIME], 0 ),
            FILTER(
                ALLEXCEPT( 'table', 'table'[OFM_NAME] ),
                [START DATETIME] < _lastdate
            )
        ),
        [OIL_VOL_RATE]
    )

    Result:

     

    Pbix in the end you can refer.
