Helper IIIMap Visual query
Here is one way...(For this example, these are just random locations - no real data)
Basically you need the Zip codes in a single column (in my example, the lat/long coordinates). If you structure the data as follows
including the "Parent retail" column assigning both the retail outlet and the corrresponding customers to the same retail value, you can then get the following:

Helper IIIPaulDBrown absolutely brilliant. Exactly what I was after. Just need to tweak the data to bring in Lat / Long and hopefully it'll work a treat.

Sorry, perhaps my comment was misleading. I used lat/long coordinates because I copied them from Google maps (it was easier than searching for and making a working list of postcodes). If the postcodes display correctly, you don't need lat/long coordinates.

Honestly, it fine, as we I need to include Long / Lat to measure the distance between the two
