    Hi marcussarto​ 

    If you can sign into Power BI and it fails on publish because you need minimum Pro license or workspace permission to publish. If it fails on sign-in, then your account is not licensed for Power BI in your organization tenant. You can send it to Power BI admin the error message where they can check your license and tenant policies
