Locking Header Rows in grid/table

I have a Table object that is populated from a SqlServer table.  I need to have the first 6 rows locked when the user scrolls down so they wont disappear.  Is this possible?  For example, when scroll...

    Hi bdherh 

     

    In Power BI, locking (freezing) rows in a table visual is not natively supported. There’s no built-in way to freeze the top N rows of a Table or Matrix visual so that they remain visible while scrolling.

So there is not a built in way to do this.  Is there a way programatically to perform this?

I am not sure about program, but yeah there is custom visual called Custom and Grouped Headers by JTA. It's free on AppSource please try it. I believe still it is in intial stage.
