lock a select date

Question

I have a date filter. I choose to list the date Horziontal. Because it contains more than 2year's date, the date list is very long. &nbsp;When I open the report every time, the date filter won't stick to show the selected date as default. Instead, it will show the start date ......... &nbsp;I need to click&nbsp;the arrow &nbsp;and navigate to find the selected date. &nbsp;Any direction? Thanks

or anyone knows calendar pick which allow pick only one day from calendar view. Like date slicer can choose start end and end date. But what i only need is to pick just one day

Have you tried saving after filtering, then closing/reopening to test if it saves the slicer selection?&nbsp;

I've had a lot of success using the Timeline slider that offered on Microsoft's Custom Visual gallery.&nbsp; Would that solve your problem?

It is the same. &nbsp;Timeline also starts from the begining date once opening a new page.
