How to implement the dynamic value calculation using increase and decrease spin button

User will set the value using increase and decrease button in a table, and projected value will be calculated using above value set by user

I am not sure if the exact requirement that you are looking for is available in Power BI, however you can take a look at What-if parameters and see if it caters to your requirement
