    yforti  - I think you can just do as:

    Measure = 
CALCULATE(
    MAX(TableName[Date]),
    ALLEXCEPT(TableName,TableName[Group])
)

Output can be a table?

Try summarize NR_RESERV and then lastdate(date) for the second column.
