Export Coming Different for the same Visual
Hi,
Recently exported a table visual and the export came different once missing a filter. This issue only came once, is there a explaination or a way to prevent this.

Sometimes export behavior can vary due to how filters/slicers are applied (report view vs export view).
Check if “Current layout” vs “Underlying data” was used in export – they behave differently.
Make sure all filters are applied before exporting, and refresh the page once to avoid cache issues.
If it was a one-time occurrence, it could just be a temporary sync glitch.
Best practice: always use “Export with current layout” for consistency.

To prevent: refresh after applying filters, use Export with current layout, and for critical cases use Paginated reports or Power Automate exports.
