Super UserEduardoRossi , if you have filtered in Power query, then it added as step and only filter data is avaiable.
Make sure no filter step is added. if added by mistake remove it.

Filter is removed before loading data, if not the amount of rows would be 13.
On the other side, I am not making any changes. I am just looking for a certain value in table 'COEX'. I can not find said value in Desktop, but once I click in 'Transform Data' and filter to find same value in Query, the value appears.
