You can try and use a matrix visualization and then make use of the condittional formatting.

MFelix Actaully I used it and offered it but the client this time literally wants something like Brick chart and still could not find it out, even tough chaging tables and variables. I hope someone also can give different idea soon. Thank you for your time.
