Super User@RanjanThammaiah , you have already created the measure with SUM. Measure cannot change Aggregation .
You can do it that way.
averagex(SLI, SLI[Advisory SLI] +SLI[Assurance SLI] +SLI[TAX SLI] + +SLI[TAS SLI])
