Auto Refresh Issue

Hi Rahp,

Power BI free accounts do not support scheduled refresh or gateway connections. You need a Power BI Pro or PPU (Premium Per User) license to:

• Schedule refreshes.

• Manage Google Sheets credentials properly.

Also, Google Sheets as a data source requires an OAuth token under the same account that publishes the report or has appropriate permissions to refresh.

1.Power BI Free users cannot schedule refreshes. You need Power BI Pro or Premium.
2.Power BI Service requires authentication to Google Sheets, and it only works when:

• The Google credentials are linked properly in the dataset settings.
• Power BI Service can access the sheet using an authorized connector.

3.If the Google Sheet is not public or shared properly, Power BI Service cannot access it.
