Private link validation failed due to DeniedByPolicy

The error seems to indicate that an Azure Policy or networking policy is blocking the creation or validation of a required private endpoint/private link connection.
A few things to check:

• Verify whether your organization has Azure Policies enforcing or denying private endpoint creation
• Confirm that the Fabric capacity / storage account are configured to allow the required private network access
• Check with your Azure networking or security team, as this error is often caused by tenant-level governance policies rather than a Fabric configuration issue
• If the issue started recently, verify whether any new networking, firewall, or policy changes were deployed.
