Hello, I included in my Power BI Report a button which extracts data from the power BI reprot, with my guest account and admin account the data gets extracted as expected. However, for the users with the normal account it does not work. They can run the flow, but it fails where I want to set the field I extract to a variable. It looks tike the Power BI date is not getting extracted. The Power BI report is in a Fabric workspace and it uses Direct Lake Connection to the lakehouses. Originaly the data is coming from dataverse. I've tried to add the users even as administrator on all the workspaces and on the Power Automate Flow I assigned them a system administrator role. However, nothing worked. Can you please help me out here? BR, IrisSolved909Views0likes2Commentshow to get Previous row of a gallery using power apps?
suppose I have a gallery with one rectangle and one status label. The gallery has four rows. If the previous row's status is 'approved' and the rectangle is filled with color Orange, then the current row's status is 'approved' and the rectangle will be filled. If the previous row's label status is 'pending' and the current row's status is 'approved', then I want the rectangle to not fill. See in the image, the first row is 'pending' but the others are 'approved' with the rectangle filled. I want the user to restrict step by step when the first row's status is 'pending593Views0likes1CommentHow to Export More Than 1000 Rows from a Power BI Report to a CSV File in Power Automate?
Question: I'm currently working on a Power Automate flow where I need to export data from a Power BI report to a CSV file. However, I'm encountering a limitation where only 1000 rows of data are being exported. Is there a way to export more than 1000 rows from a Power BI report into a CSV file using Power Automate? Details: I have a Power BI report that contains more than 1000 rows of data. I've set up a Power Automate flow to export data from this report to a CSV file. However, I'm only able to export 1000 rows of data at a time. Is there a workaround or configuration setting that allows me to export more than 1000 rows from the Power BI report? Additional Information: I've checked the export settings in Power BI but couldn't find any options to increase the row limit for CSV exports. I'm open to using any alternative methods or connectors if needed to achieve this requirement. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! please help to solve : (3.4KViews0likes3Comments
