Error accessing Microsoft Fabric account
I'm having trouble signing in to the Power BI account that owns the domain .onmicrosft when trying on various internet browsers and also via mobile. The error below is reported: Error: ServerConnectionFailure Exception: com.microsoft.powerbi.app.authentication.OneAuthException: UNEXPECTEDsession: 24447efe-8160-4bd9-bedc-b9fb155f2404 This account was created recently, I don't know if there is any problem with the Microsoft servers, but I can't log in to this account due to this error. Exchange account vs Microsoft account and gateway connection
Hi all, I'm trying to connect my mailbox to Power BI and automatically update this data via a gateway. In the report are also other connections (Excel files and Odata). Everything works fine (I select the "Exchange account" option in Power BI desktop, because when I choose the Microsoft account it says "DataSource.Error: ErrorNonExistentMailbox: Mailbox does not exist.". But when I then try to add this connection to the gateway, it gives errors about the credentials. It says "Cannot be added to gateway" and "Your data source can't be refreshed because the credentials are invalid. Please update your credentials and try again.". Does anyone knows how to solve this? The option "Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster" is already on.Solved1KViews0likes1Comment
