Right now on my sandbox server when I double click on the January 2019 PowerBI Report Server exe it crashes on me instantly giving me a "Microsoft Power BI Report Server has stopped working" error. I have tested the .exe file on my dev server and it does upgrade there so there is something causing my sandbox to crash and I'm not sure what it is. Has anyone here had and resolved this issue before? Also, i just upgraded our sandbox server from March 2018 to August 2018 edition with no issues, so there is something specific to the January 2019 version that my sandbox has issues with.Solved1.7KViews0likes2CommentsJanuary Update Installed, Reports No Longer Work in Chrome
I just finished updating Power BI report server on our production server. Now only cards, pie charts and donut charts work in the Chrome browser. If I use the MS Edge browser the workfine. This did not happen when I updated our lower environments. Currently most reports are no longer working. Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, what is the solution? Thanks in advance for any help.859Views0likes1CommentBUTTONS don't work in some environments
UPDATE: Answering my own Question here. This is not a bug. Clearing my Cache solved the issue. I know that there have been posts on how clearing the cache will solve various issues, so I will advise other users to do the same. Hello, I use buttons as a core feature for all of my reports. We recently upgraded after the latest release in January, and I am unable to click on the buttons and view the reports at home on my VPN connection, but it works in my office. Screen shot below. I have even tried CTRL + Click (as I would in the desktop client, but that did not work as well). I wonder if clearing my cookies/cache would solve the issue, but I didn't think it should be related to that. Any ideas? Does this seem more likely to be a bug or something with my environment?592Views0likes0CommentsCannot Publish report to powerBI report server after update Januari 2018

Hi, When I publish a report with "+/-" icons on a matrix to the 'Power BI Report Server' and open the report in IE11 the icons are huge. I have tried clearing browser data. It works as expected in Chrome (after clearing browser data) and Edge. Anybody else has this issue? Regards TaicoSolved1.1KViews0likes1Comment
