data don't load

Full Reports Not Popping Up
So I was trying to pull up data for a company, but the data is only populating three reports. What the IT team has told me is to return back to a postpage? Not sure how that will help, but I just want all reports there for me and not just a limited form of PowerBI. (ITHELP-200904)

MySQL Connection
After gaining access to my newly formatted desktop PC, I downloaded again Power BI, MySQL connector 8.0.16, and an on-premise gateway. Browser Cache Problem
Hi, Recently, some users in my organization reported an error (report does not load data) when accessing the report via browse. The solution was to clear the cache. Someone with the same problem? If so, do you know the cause or the ultimate solution so users don't have to clear the cache? Error reported on 08/06/2021, using google chorme current version. Tks,
